TERMS OF SERVICE

After the payment is received, we start to process your order. All the operations are taking place during working days from 08.00 to 17.00. If your selected product is in our storage, we release it within 3 working days. If we are out of products you have selected. Manufacturing of the goods may take up to 10 working days. In case of questions or if you need faster delivery, please, don’t hesitate to contact us.

You have the right to return the received item to us within 14 days of receipt. If you want to do so, please contact us.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

1. Payment card
When making a prepayment, you can use debit and credit cards VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, if you have activated the option of secure online purchases. It is possible to activate it in your internet bank.
The moment the cardholder’s information, card number, validity period and CVV are filled in, the order amount will be deducted from your card account.

2. Bank transfer
When placing the order, select “BANK TRANSFER” as the payment method. When the order is completed, an invoice for payment will be sent to your specified email address. After receiving the payment in our company account, your order will be processed according to the type of delivery you choose. The invoice is requested to be paid within 2(two) calendar days of the invoice in your email; otherwise your order may be cancelled.

DELIVERY

After the invoice is paid, we start producing the item you have selected. Manufacturing of the goods may take 5-10 working days. Some of the items are ready to be shipped straight away. In case of questions or if you need faster delivery, please, don’t hesitate to contact us.

When the order is ready, we will send it to you with the selected type of delivery.
