The club “Kurzeme” of the metal fittings factory JSC “Kurzemes atslēga” is one of Aizpute's historical gems, where industrial heritage blends with outstanding interior architecture. The club building was built in 1957, and its interior is recognized as a state-protected cultural monument of regional importance, as it preserves unique late modernist and early postmodernist interior values.
The building's unique vibe comes from authentic stained glass, original light fixtures, decorative metal elements, a bar area, and a spacious hall with a stage. Interiors like this are very rare in Latvia, so the 'Kurzeme' club is not just a place for events but also an important piece of architectural and cultural heritage.
Today, the club premises are gradually and gently being restored, preserving their authentic character and historical value for future generations. At the same time, they continue to serve as a multifunctional space for various events and community activities.
The large hall is perfect for parties, conferences, concerts, and corporate events, accommodating up to 150 guests at seated tables or around 220 seated visitors. Meanwhile, the lobby is great for smaller events and receptions for up to 50 people.
The club “Kurzeme” can possibly be rented for private and public events, as well as for filming and photography needs, since its unique environment gives a special atmosphere to both cultural and commercial projects.
The rental price is set individually, taking into account the specifics of the event, the number of attendees, and the level of service needed.
