TERMS OF SERVICE
After payment for the purchase, we begin processing your order. This takes place on business days from 08:00 to 17:00. If the selected item is in stock, it is packaged and handed over to the courier within 3 business days. If the item is sold out, we begin production of the selected item. Production time may take 5-10 business days. If you have any questions or need faster delivery, feel free to call or write to us about the options.
You have the right to return the received item to us within 14 days of receipt. If you would like to do so, please contact us.
1. PAYMENT METHODS
1.1. Bank card
When making an advance payment, you can use VISA, MasterCard, or Maestro debit and credit cards, provided you have activated the option for secure online purchases. This can be activated in your online banking.
At the moment the cardholder's information, card number, expiry date and CVV are filled in, the order amount will be debited from your card account.
1.2. Bankas pārskaitījums
When placing your order, select "BANK TRANSFER" as the payment method. Once you complete your order, we will send an invoice to your specified e-mail address for payment. Once payment is received in our company's account, your order will be processed according to your chosen delivery method. Please pay the invoice within 2 (two) calendar days of receiving it in your e-mail, otherwise your order may be cancelled.
2. DELIVERY
After the invoice is paid, we begin production of your chosen item, made especially for you. Production time may take 5-10 business days. Some items are already ready for immediate shipping. If you have any questions or need faster delivery, feel free to call or write to us about the options.
Once your order is ready, we will send it to you via your chosen delivery method.
